Your opportunity
This will be the perfect opportunity if you're looking for a highly hands-on role that will give you a 360-degree view of Learning and Talent Management processes, ideal for someone eager to learn by doing in a dynamic and international HR environment. From actively contributing to the day-to-day management of learning activities to collaborating with various stakeholders, you will gain practical experience, and you will be encouraged to contribute through new and innovative ideas.
How you will contribute
• Contribute to the implementation and management of learning initiatives part of the Finance Academy
• Support the preparation and logistic organization of training/learning events (e. g. room and service booking, track enrolment requests, communicate with attendees, manage waiting lists and cancellations, set up logistics, support during events, etc. )
• Support in the creation and definition of a specific learning catalogue for Finance teams as well as in the creation of a learning path to support skills development
• Extract data for Learning analysis and monitoring of relevant KP Is
• Develop communication assets, such as videos and posts, to promote initiatives internally
• Help in managing training evaluation surveys
Who you are
• You hold a Master’s degree in Humanities or Economics
• You are interested in Learning and Development topics, with a project management and problem-solving approach
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point
• You are a detail-oriented person, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• You are proactive and curious, with a think-out-of-the-box attitude
• You are an effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills
• You are fluent both in English and Italian, good level of French is a plus
