Responsibilities
Concretely, you will:
✍️ Write exciting job descriptions and advertise them on various platforms;
Manage the entire recruitment process including job adverts, screening incoming applications as well as organising and conducting interviews
Reach out to talent directly through active sourcing
Plan and conduct online and in-person interviews
Follow the employees' Odoo journey
Collaborate with universities and organise/participate in recruiting events
Implement your creative recruiting ideas and participate in employer branding projects!

MUST HAVE
• Excellent knowledge and communication skills in Italian (C2) & English
• Italian work permit
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in Italy
• Strong organisational & personal skills
• Proactive
• People person
• Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as in a team
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in headhunting
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Experience in the IT sector and/or affinity with IT
• Start- Up/ Scale- Up experience
