Webuild is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join the Internal Audit & Compliance Department, in Rome .
Responsibilities
The Compliance Analyst, working with the Compliance team, supports the Compliance Manager in the following activities:
• development and implementation of compliance programs (anti-corruption, Legislative Decree 231/01, privacy, antitrust, etc. ) and execution of related risk assessments
• review and update compliance policies to ensure they are properly communicated and implemented
• monitor compliance of company processes with key controls of ethics and compliance systems. This includes: (i) compiling and reporting compliance KP Is, (ii) monitoring compliance with procedures and company processes through on-site visits or remotely, and (iii) supporting other business functions in adhering to compliance standards
• develop and deliver training courses and other communication projects on compliance
• carry out due diligence on third parties and conduct internal investigations as a result of whistleblowing
Job requirements:
• Master’s degree in Economics, Law, or equivalent
• 1-2 years in a similar role within the Compliance function of a multinational company or a leading consulting firm, with responsibilities in relevant areas
• Knowledge of anti-corruption regulations, Legislative Decree 231/01, and privacy
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in French is an advantage
