NDD is a global technology company operating in 43 countries, offering leading solutions for monitoring and managing devices in digital work environments. Through our NDD Orbix platform, we empower service providers and large enterprises to efficiently manage thermal printers, workstations, and other critical devices, promoting productivity, sustainability, and cost reduction.
After consolidating our leadership in the Iberian Peninsula and the healthcare sector in Spain, we are now expanding into Italy. We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong industry experience and deep knowledge of the Italian market.
Responsibilities
Lead the commercial expansion in Italy by developing the partner ecosystem (distributors, system integrators, resellers, and technology partners). Represent the NDD Orbix platform, positioning it as the preferred solution for device and workspace service management. Identify and develop business opportunities with strategic clients, conducting negotiations with key decision-makers. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth technical and commercial onboarding of new partners. Participate in industry events, joint marketing activities, and other initiatives to strengthen our local presence.
Desired Profile
Senior professional with over 10 years of experience in sales in sectors such as Workspace as a Service, managed pring services, IT outsourcing, or workspace as a service. Strong professional network in the Italian market, especially in the Milan region, with solid relationships with managed print service channels, Workspace as a Service providers, system integrators, and vendors in the printing and computing segments. Fluent in Italian and English (professional level) , with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented profile with a strong ability to build long-term relationships with partners and clients. Familiarity with CRM tools, value proposition frameworks, sales cycles, and partner enablement strategies.
Education
Bachelor’ s degree required (MBA or postgraduate degree in a related field is a plus). Proven track record in direct and indirect B2B sales.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel across Italy and occasionally to other countries in the EMEA region is required.
