Role Summary

We’ re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Analyst to join our fast-growing team. You will work closely with our company leadership to identify new business opportunities, support client acquisition efforts, and help expand GenieAI’ s footprint among leading asset managers globally. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, finance, and strategy in a high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential clients, partners, and industry trends Build and maintain prospect lists, track engagement, and support outreach campaigns Analyze product usage and client needs to help shape go-to-market strategies Prepare client-facing materials including presentations, proposals, and case studies Support the sales pipeline by organizing meetings, managing follow-ups, and maintaining CRM data Assist in partnership development and investor relations as needed Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align on growth goals

What We’ re Looking For

Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or strong academic track record with relevant internship experience) Strong analytical and research skills; proficiency in Excel and Power Point Excellent written and verbal communication in English Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Interest in financial markets, AI, and technology Ability to work under Partita IVA contract Desire to work in-person from our Rome office Proficiency in spoken and written English Bonus: Experience in investment management, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
