The position is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including:
defining the product roadmap by researching and analysing markets conditions, identifying key competitors and trendsgathering and prioritizing product and customer requirementsarticulating key market requirements, identifying opportunities for product innovation and product enhancementsworking closely with engineering, sales, marketing to ensure development targets and customer satisfaction goals are metplanning and executing key strategic initiatives to consolidate/develop business exploiting opportunities given by the company current/future technologies, ensuring that the product supports the company’ s overall strategy and goals
Key accountabilities:
Define the product strategy and roadmap Deliver Market and Products requirements Develop and win significant new initiatives impacting the revenues of the business category Work with customer/partners/external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities Act as program/project manager to plan and execute beta and discovery programs with early-stage products and samples, overseeing the new product development activities Act as an expert with respect to the application field and competition, supporting sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise Enhance cross-functional collaboration and promote trust among functions Liaise with advertising and public relations to promote product
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’ s degree in engineering - MBA will be a plus Solid experience in positions as Product Manager/ Business development in food amp; beverage (both customer or supplier sides) Demonstrated success in defining and launching components/devices on the market Knowledge of food amp; beverage industry standards Proven project management skills – PMP certification will be a plus Effective communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders Negotiating skills Excellent teamwork skills, with the proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Problem analysis and solving and strategic thinking, with a proven ability to manage and analyse data to derive meaningful insights and quickly diagnose and correct any problems, Outstanding planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands and rapid change Attention to details Availability to travel at least 50% of the time
