We are currently looking for an intern to join our CRM amp; Loyalty team at our Milan headquarters for a 6-month extracurricular internship. The role will support the operational management of Eataly’ s loyalty program.



What you’ ll do:

Support daily operations related to the Eataly loyalty program Set up and test loyalty campaigns using CRM platforms Help monitor member behavior and promotion performance Support the implementation of member-only promotions and benefits Coordinate content and materials for loyalty communications, including preparing benchmarks Help maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy Provide general operational support to the CRM Manager Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and other teams to ensure program consistency across channels



Who you are:

Master’ s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail You are comfortable with Excel and quick to learn digital tools You’ re curious, analytical, hands-on, and ready to take initiative You have an entrepreneurial approach: resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented Previous experience in CRM Teams is considered a plus
