Your opportunity
We are looking for an IT Analyst ( Digital CX) who will work in a modern and international contest to provide the best IT solutions and related IT projects. Â
How you will contribute
•
Analyzing and understanding the business requirements in order to define the best IT solutions for supporting the business processes
•
Supporting the internal team in projects related to Digital Solutions mainly for Customer Operation department
•
Understanding internal requirements and acting as first point of contact in the event of any query/issue
•
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications
•
Facilitating design sessions with partners to define the solution
•
Delivering elements of systems design, business rules, mock-up, or other detailed deliverables
•
Managing Project Management responsibilities also as IT Analyst (timings, technical goals)
•
Directly leading System Test and User Acceptance (UAT)
•
Coordinating External Consultants (according to the internal procedure of the IT dept. )
•
Creating internal documentation for users and for IT needs (i. e. application maintenance, tech. documentation, etc)
•
Being the first reference for the AMS (application maintenance services);
•
Directly reporting to IT Area Leader for internal follow up of IT projects and for proposal of new solutions (system based and/or process) in order to improve the overall process and the satisfactions.
Who you are
•
Business Degree Management Engineering / Economics
•
Experience in projects related to CX application and other Digital tools integrated
•
2 or 3 years of experience in similar role, consulting firms are considered as a plus
•
Microsoft D365, SAP Cloud Commerce B2B, SAP ERP
•
Experience in Fashion or Consumer goods industry is a plus
•
