Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in an effective and timely manner.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously within the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to devise strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development sessions to keep your skills sharp.
• Contribute innovative ideas for enhancing customer experience and service processes.
Requirements
• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools.
• A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a new cultural setting.
