The Role
We are looking for a detail oriented and technically skilled Integration Specialist to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain seamless integrations across a diverse stack of platforms and services. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and developers to automate workflows, streamline operations, and enhance our systems with scalable, reliable integrations.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage integrations between internal systems and external platforms using tools such as Make ( Integromat), n8n,or similar low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom Python scripts and applications for more advanced integration and automation needs.
• Work with RES Tful AP Is to connect services, perform data transfers, and implement custom API interactions.
• Deploy and manage applications on Render and integrate CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub.
• Design and maintain databases, primarily using Airtable, PostgreSQL or similar DBMS, to support integration processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs, define technical requirements, and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues and ensure robust logging and alerting.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in integration technologies and AI platforms and agents, and explore their potential to improve automation and decision-making within our systems.
We're looking for someone who must have
• Strong hands-on experience in IT and software development, with exposure to cross functional collaboration in both local and global contexts.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication across global teams.
• Proven experience in Python programming, especially for scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience working with Postman on REST AP Is for third-party integrations.
• Strong experience with integration platforms such as Make ( Integromat), n8n, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Render, Git Hub, and CI/CD practices.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL or other relational database management systems.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and agents (e. g. , OpenAI, Claude, Lang Chain, AutoGPT, etc. ).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
It would be nice if you have
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Power Platform
• Project management certification or designation
• Familiarity with agile project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• A background in Dev Ops or system administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services and modern deployment practices.
• Experience with version control, automated testing, and agile development methodologies.
