HIL Development Engineer

Activities:





• Vehicle Sub- System HIL Specification Development;


• Producing HIL documentation for all ECU connection, ECU sensors and actuator;  


• Model Development for HIL Simulation;


• HIL Low- Level I/O Configuration and Setup


• Connect the HIL Simulator to the real ECU 




Requirements:





• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or information technology, mechatronics, automotive engineering or a comparable degree program;


• Very good overall technical understanding (system, software, hardware, function, etc. );


• Flashing and coding control units;


• Good Experience with measurement systems like Vector CA Noe, TT Ech Logger usw;


• Good Experience in Matlab/ Simulink and the dSPACE Toolchain, like Configuration Desk, Control Desk, Bus- Manager usw


• Good Experience how the HiL System works, for example interface between Control Units and real-time simulation or HiL functions like the shadow bus;


• Very good communication skills;


• Very good knowlege of English.
