* Consult with students, faculty, and staff.
* Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
* Log calls utilizing help desk system. Requirements: * Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.
* Must be a graduate student.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills. Additional Information: * Summer, Fall, and Spring position.
