Your Mission:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Care Intern to join our Operations Team at our headquarters based in Milan!
You will support daily post-sales operations across our B2C e Commerce, retail, and wholesale channels. Your mission is to ensure an outstanding customer experience, both online and offline, by maintaining constant communication with our clients. This is an exciting learning opportunity in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment— perfect for a junior talent eager to start a career in an international and inspiring workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests and issues across all EMEA online sales channels, delivering quick and effective solutions. Ensure all communications reflect Venchi’ s tone of voice, while identifying and understanding different customer profiles. Support the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our CRM ticketing system ( Microsoft Dynamics). Assist in the development and ongoing optimization of AI integrations within the customer care workflow. Collaborate with the team to create a monthly report of key customer care metrics and activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Languages, or a related field. Fluent in English and French, with a strong international mindset. Strong organizational and goal-oriented mindset, capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solution-driven with a proactive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Positive, adaptable… and of course, a chocolate and gelato lover!
