WHAT TO EXPECT


• Co-responsibility for team leadership and training of junior staff



• Close exchange with your department head regarding the achievement of the agreed department goals



• Ensuring friendly and professional customer service in your department



• Ongoing analysis of the product range through computer-aided merchandise management



• Sales-promoting department structure as well as optimal product presentation through implementation of visual merchandising specifications



• Collaboration with purchasing department to fine-tune the assortment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE


• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship



• First professional experience as a leader, ideally in the FMCG, service or textile industry



• Enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle



• Strong customer and service orientation



• A high degree of commitment, initiative and hands-on mentality



• Organizational strength and independent work



• Good knowledge of German and/or English
