Your Contribution to the Role
•
Support the Store Director in the management of the boutique, with a hands-on focus on client-facing activities.
•
Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a client-centric culture and upholding brand values.
•
Ensure a consistently exceptional client experience by monitoring service standards, floor presence, and team behavior.
•
Drive sales performance through personalized selling, customer retention, and clienteling strategies.
•
Supervise floor operations and ensure optimal team coverage and sales support throughout the day.
•
Work in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Back of House to ensure the boutique maintains impeccable standards.
•
Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
•
Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients and manage critical in-store situations with discretion and professionalism.
What You Bring to the Team
•
Significant experience in luxury retail, ideally in a managerial or team leader role.
•
Exceptional clienteling skills and a natural ability to lead by example.
•
Proven ability to drive business results and support sales targets.
•
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•
An eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation.
•
Fluency in Italian and English is required; other languages are an asset.
•
A passion for women’s fashion and a deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
