Your role:
The Store Operations team contributes to the optimization and efficiency of all processes involving stores by collaborating with all functions, ensuring effective and adequate operational performance. It supports business and field management to achieve operational excellence, higher performance, better customer experience and process integration.
Main Responsibilites:
Carry out specific sector analyzes and associated reporting
Support in the process of implementing new store tools to improve field processes and procedures (e. g. new cashier tool, innovative payment methods. . )
Support the team in drafting operating manuals relating to new projects implemented in stores or the revision of existing processes
Support the team, for the maintenance of the new cash system (both for S V and for GV), for the realization of the operational materials and in the continuous support phase for the stores
Support team in the communication process to the stores
Support for the management of in-store applications and existing processes through direct contact with Area Managers and store
Main Requirements:
• Analysis and problem solving
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and good use of the Office package
• Commercial and negotiation skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Project management skills
