We’re looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a dynamic tech team — and we’ll bring you to Portugal to do it! ️

What You’ll Be Doing:


•
Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email



•
Support users with post-sales topics like deliveries, refunds &warranties



•
Promote new products and support inbound sales



•
Keep customers satisfied and hit quarterly sales goals



•
Log orders and manage customer info accurately in CRM systems

What You Bring:


•
Native or near-native Italian



•
Solid English (B2+) for internal communication



•
Strong communication skills &team spirit



•
Tech-savvy and eager to learn



•
Willing to work rotational shifts ( Mon– Sat, 08:00–19:00)



•
Sales or customer support experience? Big plus – but not required!
