What Youll Do:


Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email &chat
Assist with product use, troubleshooting &warranty queries
Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
Stay up to date with new products &company updates

What Were Looking For:


Fluent in Italian (C1C2) &good English (B2+)
Excellent communication &empathy skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
