For our Showroom in Milan we are looking for a senior Visual Merchandiser (for maternity cover).



MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Maintain consistency with the company’ s image through regular communication via email/chat Convey the importance of visual merchandising to boutiques and share updates with local VM, Store Manager and Team Managers Pop up, window installation and special events New opening , tools orders and Vm allocation Creation of the VM guidelines Partnership with corporate store planning team to achieve visual merchandising operational objectives by working routinely to coordinate merchandising plans, action plans, and small fixture update



REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’ s and Master’ s degree preferably with art/design/fashion/visual merchandising focus At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within Fashion/ Luxury industry Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Suite ( Photoshop / Indesign) Strong aesthetics sense and familiarity with the luxury world Excellent organizational skills
