The figure, after an adequate period of coaching and training in the field, will acquire the necessary skills to autonomously carry out the following tasks:
• preparation of the daily menu,
• procurement of raw materials,
• management and coordination of the working group,
• ensuring the correct and efficient implementation of activities in terms of product and service,
• monitoring compliance with qualitative and quantitative standards,
• supervision and application of sanitation procedures,
• organization and supervision of the logistical aspects related to the delivery of meals.
The announcement is aimed at candidates preferably in possession of a hotel diploma, with previous and proven experience in the collective catering sector or similar.
Dynamism, good organizational skills, proactivity complete the profile
Direct hiring, full time from Monday to Friday.
