Supplier Fullfillment leader

Manpower is looking for an Aerospace &, Defence company in Turin for SUPPLIER FULLFILLMENT LEADER As Supplier Fulfillment Leader you will strategize with dedicated providers according to specific policies, achieve the best contractual and delivery's conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities Ensure timely deliveries on contract requirements for Critical Parts for internal production and customers directly Resolve delivery issues and create partnership with Suppliers (on site visit at suppliers when necessary) Create and manage recovery plans for ordered parts Enable communication with Quality, Engineering, Plants, Finance and Commodity to resolve delivery Issues Apply strategies to expedite deliveries Communicate KPI, analysis and reconciliation with supplier and improve recovery actions Handle End- User flow/data management Order book review Report and face complex deliveries issues with Lean proprietary system usage Qualification/ Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar field Knowledge of sourcing field and significant experience in Procurement / Fulfillment / Planning role Strong oral and written communication skills Attitude to work in a cross-functional teamwork environment Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Proven ability to lead projects Ability to document, plan, and execute programs Fluent Italian and English Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Knowledge of SAP Flexibility in organizing tasks and activities as needed by the business vetrinabakeca
