About the location:

About the role
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
What you will do
• Collaborate with the assigned team according to the outlet, for the various preparations requested and any needs of our guests. You will always have a manager to rely on and compare yourself for anything
• You will assist Chef De Partie in the various preparations without distorting the raw materials, keeping the quality level of the products constant
• Follow recipe cards as well as production, portion and presentation standards
• Help in dating food containers, ensuring all perishables are kept at proper temperatures, checking pars, determining necessary preparation, and checking that the raw materials are perfect before consuming them.

• Italian language is required.

This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
