SAP FICO Specialist

For a global leader in the Automotive Manufacturing sector, we are looking for a "SAP FICO Specialist" who has experience as a technical-functional analyst in the FI-CO modules and is keen to participate to an End2 End Project for the Group's migration to S/4HANA.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and optimization of the SAP FI and CO modules.


• Implement and support SAP FICO modules in both SAP ECC 6. 0 and SAP 4. 6.


• Gather business requirements, blueprinting, and process design activities.


• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.


• Provide end-user support and training.


• Perform system testing and integration testing for SAP FICO configurations and custom developments.


• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third party applications.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and systems.


• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and enhancements.


• Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of SAP FICO projects.


• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Skills required:


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SAP FICO technical/functional analyst


• Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.


• Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and support.


• Fluent English, other European languages will be a plus.


• Familiarity with S/4HANA is desirable.


• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels


• SAP certification in FICO is preferred.


• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
