The location includes a fascinating and outstanding
Spa and has different pools, walking paths and panoramic points. Bagni di Pisa is
located in San Giuliano Terme, between Pisa and Lucca, surrounded by gorgeous
landscapes and renaissance-era architecture.
JOB AIMS & REQUIREMENTS
For our two Thermal Resorts mentioned before we
are searching for a motivated and passionate Sales Trainee who, referring to
the cluster Sales Manager and the Cluster Sales Executive, executes and
oversees the activities agreed in the below description, with regards to leisure
and MICE segments, working in full synergy with on and above property teams.
Supporting the two Sales mentioned before, his/her
main objective will be maximizing room nights, ADR, and total revenue for the
assigned activities in properties part of the scope but also looking after the
Food and Beverage and SPA commercial activities.
We are looking for:
ü An extremely organized candidate, able to set high
standards, incredibly motivated to overachieve performance.

ü Results oriented with excellent analytical and
computer skills.
ü Excellent communication and presentation skills.
ü Proactive, independent, decisive.
ü Mandatory Fluent in Italian & a good level English
(B2 or C1).
This position will be both based at the Grotta
Giusti Thermal Spa Resort Tuscany, Autograph Collection and at the Bagni di
Pisa Palace & Thermal Spa. The two locations are nearly 40 kilometers
distanced. The board and lodging are not included for this job offer.
THE ROLE: SCOPEXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Sales activities:
ü Participate alongside
the collegues in designated trade, service, and community associations.
ü Supporting the Sales
Department in representing Grotta Giusti and Bagni di Pisa on sales calls,
workshops, and trade shows assigned by the manager.
ü Monitors competitive
hotels to ensure continual market share improvement, analyzes and reports the results.
ü Pro-actively plans and
execute weekly sales appointments, sales promotion, and follow-ups, “bring back
old business” actions to achieve and exceed the revenue targets.
ü Constantly and timely
updates CRM software with sales calls, account information, tasks, projects
etc.
ü Reviews customer base
to determine new opportunities for account penetration.
ü Contributes ideas to
improve the products and services offered.
ü Capitalizes and
leverages upon Marriott and LHW sales and marketing programs, resources, and
international sales offices to maximize impact of the Marriott and LHW system.
ü Constantly develops
the opportunities with territory and local community to increase revenues for
Spa and F&B, organizing and monitoring monthly events and promotions for
non-resident and resident guests.
ü Helps and assists the
sales manager and the sales executive in digital and social media activities.
ü Supports the hotel in
reporting, preparation of meetings and presentations.
Internal Communication

ü Make sure that the Brand standards are met at all
levels and adjust where needed.
ü Participate in meetings when required sharing key
information on sales activities, special bookings, business forecasts,
