The Sales Support Specialist is the first point of contact for Sales and customers for the MOTION SERVICE division for Motors and Generators. In this role you will support the Sales assigned organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

Service Sales Manager
Your responsibilities
• Prepare offers in coordination with the local sales unit, including offers for spare parts.
• Offer technical advice and provide comment on enquiry specifications for customers/ Sales Specialists.
• Ensure that technical and financial aspects of offers, including price and trading conditions, are appropriate.
• Monitor the status of orders.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
• Observe the overall process and trends across inquiries and identify improvement areas.
Your background
• At least 1 years of experience as Proposal or Sales Support. Technical experience in electrical rotating machine is considered a value.
• Technical background is considered a plus. Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English.
• An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
