Sales and Marketing Manager



Rock Group Italy, the Italian Hard Rock Cafe franchisee is seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Manager for our Milan Cafe reporting directly to the Cafe General manager.

Qualifications



Relevant experience in an Sales amp; Marketing role with high volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry Experience in the MICE environment Strong online affine behavior as well as Social Media expertise Ability to effectively pitch and present propositions and info in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization. Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and creating memorable event Ability to design and sell win-win proposition to corporate clients High level of business acumen and common sense Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing. Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas. Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required



TASKS



Social media marketing ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, Hyp3r, Hootsuite). Procure and sustain a high level of store traffic through active selling to Companies, MICE operators, International Universities, Italian Schools, Tour Guides, Hotels Tracking and analysis of company main KPI, updatingi CRM and other reporting platforms. Designing and implementing specific external programs to drive sales.
