For its Team based in Rome, Younited is looking for a Sales and Delivery Manager.
Missions:SALES- Lead the local Sales effort: roll-out local sales strategy, build and nurture the pipeline, lead response to RFI/RF Ps- Leverage central and local resources to pitch, negotiate and close partnerships- Build a network of influencers/prescribersfor our partnership offers- Ensure a competition watch to monitor key market trends and influence our local sales strategy- Once a deal is closed, ensure the transition of the deal to the Delivery phaseDELIVERY- Be the "owner” of the project throughout the Delivery phase: formalisation of specifications, monitoring of developments in all Younits involved, tests, etc. - Coordinate all of business lines mobilised in the partnership: Central ( Risk&Data, Product, Finance) as well as local ( Client service, Collection, Compliance, etc. ): define activities, bring them support, ensure the excellence of the solutions chosen and implemented, in compliance with the commercial agreements signed with the partner- Be the partner's main point of contact (at executive committee/senior management level) throughout the Delivery phase (steerco organisation, challenging the partner in its business choices, etc. )- Ensure the success of the commercial launch, taking responsibility for the results (volumes/turnover/margins/risk) of the partnership in the first weeks/months- A few months after the launch, ensure a successful transfer to the local Customer Success teams Profile:- 5 years of higher education in a business/engineering university - 4+ years of experience, ideally in fintech/ Tech firms/management consulting- Italian and English fluent, French is a plus- Customer relationship skills- Strong analytical skills, as well as autonomy, initiative, and rigour- Results-oriented culture- Humility and team player 😊 Office & Team Life- A central building in Rome…few steps from Villa Borghese 🌳- Free coffee and a comfy kitchen to relax and do your lunch break ☕- Free Beer every Friday 🍻- Biliardino and playstation 🎮- The latest in Hardware equipment 💻 Experience Our Younited Life Benefits- Flexible Remote Policy 🏡🏢- Parenting Policy 🚸- A competitive salary package 🤑- Welfare for you and your family 🫂- Ticket Restaurant 🍽️ Ready to lead the instant credit revolution?
