OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agent who excels in both B2B and B2C environments. With a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and keen understanding of seasonal market dynamics.
· he has to acquire new clients and manage relationships with existing ones, promoting and selling the company's products or services;
· He/she has to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the organization's growth and success;
· He/ She has to adapt sales strategies according to seasonal demands, targeting appropriate B2B clients based on the season being promoted.
· He/ She must be able to promote and acquire clients for other properties within the group, including city hotels, seaside resorts, and thermal facilities, adapting their approach to different market segments.
CORE JOB RESPONSABILTIES AND DUTIES
· To identify and qualify new potential clients through prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking events, and market research;
· To target and develop relationships with MICE organizers, wellness retreat planners, sports tourism operators, and sustainable travel specialists.
· To maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions;
· To prepare and present commercial offers, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close sales;
· To work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and satisfactory client experience;
· To utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, update client information, and provide performance reports;
· To stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to effectively position the company in the market.

Location: The role is closely connected to the sales activities of Le Massif Hotel Lodge, although the employee will be based at the central offices in Milan. Therefore, he/she must be available to travel for trade fairs and client meetings (both in Italy and abroad for selling all the properties), and to ensure presence at the hotel(s) whenever required.
Report: hierarchically to the property General Manager and functionally to the Group Director of Sales Marketing.
Requisiti Listed below are the mandatory requirements recognized as minimum level to be short listed for this role.
· To have at least 2 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector;
· To be fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French or German is considered a plus;
· To have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Power Point);
· To be available to travel for trade fairs and client visits, both within Italy and abroad;
· To be results-oriented, focusing on achieving sales objectives and optimizing revenue;
· Confident use of PMS ( Protel, OnQPM) and CRM ( Zoho, Delphi);
· Must be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa.

Ø A minimum of 2 years in a sales or operations position within MICE segment, including: o A minimum of 1 year in a reactive MICE sales role. o A minimum of 1 year in an international hotel group Ø Highly computer literate with excellent presentation skills (including power-point), confident use of all Microsoft Office tools. Ø Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken) Ø Fluent in English (written and spoken) Ø Additional language ( French or German would be considered a plus) Ø Confident use of PMS ( Protel, OnQPM) and CRM ( Zoho, Delphi) Ø Must be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa. The Conference & Event Agent we are looking for, must be extremely organized and have good communication skills and ability to relate as well as perform with the operations team at property level. He/ She will be focused on negotiation and conversion of incoming MICE opportunities. He/ She can create also strong relationship with clients by supporting and following them in all steps of negotiation process until the day of arrival. He/ She must be able to set personal high standards. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Ø Management of RFP’s, following Company and Brand’s standard & procedures. Ø Planning and delivery of excellent C&E proposals customizing the offer according to the clients’ needs. Ø Constant update on CRM with opportunities update, calls, account information, tasks, projects. Ø Assure that PMS ( Protel and OnQ) are properly and constantly updated with all info needed (rates, inventory, etc). Ø Focus on own KPI conversion according to the goals given. Ø Event Management from the first offer until the day of arrival of the client, when required. Ø Actively search of opportunities of new business for the property through sales actions (ie. BBOB, etc. . ) and cross-selling for IHC sister properties. Ø Contribution with ideas to improve standards and new products and services offered. Ø Participation to Sales & Commerciale internal meetings. Ø Organization and follow up of site inspections, Fam Trips on Property when required.
