Fueguia 1833 is a luxury fragrance brand that sets its origins in Patagonia but has an head office and production centre in Milan.

We are the only niche fragrance brand vertically integrated, everything is artisanally produced.



Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and creative Project Manager to join our Retail Design department in Milan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of retail design projects across Europe and beyond. This includes galleries, shop-in-shops, corners, and pop-ups, ensuring each location reflects Fueguia’ s unique brand identity and high standards.



Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management of retail design and build projects, from concept to store opening. Coordinate with architects, designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and on-budget execution. Translate brand guidelines into physical retail environments that reflect Fueguia’ s values and aesthetic. Manage timelines, procurement, and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, retail operations, product, logistics) to support successful store launches. Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and ensure quality control. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and budgets. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and risks. Produce and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, gantt charts, task assigments, reports, and visual presentations.



Requirements

4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in luxury retail design or architecture/interiors. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field. Strong understanding of materials, design principles, construction processes, and retail operations. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel for site visits and project oversight.
