Digital Diversity Week supports MBDA in the search for profiles belonging to Protected Categories (L. 68/99) to be included as Customer Infrastructure Project Engineers.
Activities planned for the role: The Resource will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the following infrastructural projects: Pyrotechnic production sites, Ammunition depots, Systems maintenance and storage infrastructures, Operational infrastructures (command centers, radar towers, silos, launch ramps. . . ), Conventional infrastructures (training centers).
The Resource will intervene in the following phases: OFFER: The resource will be involved from the stage of responding to the offer request in the project associated with the infrastructure realization and in carrying out the subsequent phases in agreement with the MBDA entities (FR, UK, IT) involved.
DATA COLLECTION: Collection and analysis of the basic requirements provided by the customers and will define the principles on which to develop the design and implementation of the infrastructures.
The process involves collecting and synthesizing the principles of use and support related to weapon systems and surveying the sites and at the customer's location necessary to define and validate the customer's needs.
GUIDELINE: Once the necessary data has been collected, the synthesis will take place through the elaboration of documentation containing guidelines and recommendations for customers or MBDA teams responsible for the implementation of infrastructures.
The resource will also have to accompany/advise the customer regarding the continuity of studies and their implementation in this phase.
DESIGN: If necessary, the resource will have to coordinate the various interlocutors ( Designers, Project Managers, CSE, . . . ) in monitoring the various design phases.
EXECUTION: Where necessary, together with the site management team, will monitor the executing companies during the works, especially concerning the peculiarities related to MBDA systems.
The role implies numerous interactions with internal teams: Finance: for the retrieval and formalization of the necessary budgets Procurement: for the purchase of services (consultancies, designs, contracts. . . ) Programs: for the coordination of deliverables throughout the duration of the order Engineering: for the retrieval of information relating to products SBD: for the development of offers CSS: for the retrieval of all information relating to logistics, tool installations, and maintenance activities. as well as with customers and external partners/consultants.
The resource may operate on multiple projects simultaneously depending on the scope of the work to be carried out and may draw on skills belonging to the different directions of the Company.
In addition to the aforementioned activities, the resource will be involved in transversal projects related to the implementation of processes and reference documents for the infrastructure team.
In particular, it will be responsible for: Creating the necessary database for the maintenance of the activity Providing precise logistical support within the project Creating templates and related documents Creating reports and/or presentations to illustrate the status of activities.
Required degree: Degree in civil engineering, construction or equivalent background with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the management of complex infrastructural projects.
Minimum score: 100/110 Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience gained in the domain of infrastructures for military and industrial sites (pyrotechnic environments, production, training, installation, etc. ) both in the design phase and during the construction phase.
Professional skills: Design of complex structures Knowledge of the most common project management standards (OBS, WBS, GANTT, Risk Management. . . ) (possession of a certification will be positively evaluated) National and international mobility Linguistic knowledge: Fluent English Organizational skills/ Soft skills: Communicative skills: Ability to transmit and share ideas and information clearly and succinctly with all interlocutors, listen to them, and effectively engage with them.
Problem-solving and identification of priorities: Identification of priorities and critical issues, and identification of the best possible solutions to problems.
Teamwork: Willingness to work and collaborate with others, aiming to build positive relationships to achieve the assigned task.
