PRODUCT SENIOR SPECIALIST (GIWH) Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable solutions for hot water and space heating, components and burners.

As Product Management Senior Specialist – Gas Instant Water Heaters, reporting to the Product Senior Manager Instantaneous Water Heaters, you will manage the following activities: Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and develop the strategic product roadmap; Define and manage the product portfolio of the assigned business line, according to the strategic guidelines, growth targets, market's needs and competitors offer; Product line Sales monitoring and life cycle management; Support the markets as focal point for the assigned product business line bridging to the other Business Unit functions.
Define potential business plan and economics for new product development together with country marketing teams; Lead the introduction of new product ranges from the first concept idea to the development and to the market launch collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, new product introduction and other central/local functions.
QUALIFICATION: University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or Economics; +3 years of professional experience in product marketing role; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel; Strong market research and analytical skills; Strong organizational and time management attitude; Good relational and problem solving skills; Fluency in Italian and English.
