Procurement Specialist - Curricular Internship

Job Description


The person joining the team will develop organizational and communication skills aimed at establishing a long-term win-win relationship with suppliers and ensuring a continuous supply for the company’s product lines.

Specifically, the intern will be involved in:

Some of the activities the intern may follow include:



•
Analysis of the supplier portfolio and capacity;



•
Entry of purchase orders to suppliers;



•
Verification and entry of supplier order confirmations;



•
Expediting: managing the relationship with the supplier and their performance from a Procurement perspective;



•
Analysis of material and information flows within the value chain;



•
Design of material flows purchased from external suppliers;



•
Design of a component supermarket;



•
Design of a production Kanban loop and a transportation Kanban loop.



Qualifications


Education:  You have to graduate in  Economics or similar.

Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.

️ Languages:  You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.

‍ Soft Skills: You are careful to details and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal and good ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels. You are a great team worker.
