Born in Pianoro in 1974 from a brilliant intuition of Massimo Marchesini, the company has transformed over the years from a small local entity into a large industrial enterprise, thanks to an incessant process of mergers and acquisitions with complementary companies in the sector. Position
For our in-house Academy - the Talent Garage - we are seeking new graduates in STEM subjects interested in a post-graduate apprenticeship with Marchesini Group.
POST-GRADUATE PROGRAMME
The Programme is open to Management and Mechanical Engineering graduates interested in learning more about the management of orders in the automation and packaging industry.
Through internal job rotation and the assignment of a gradually rising level of responsibility, you will learn the foundations of technical manual production, plant validation and project management.
Requirements
Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering, interest in the industrial automation sector.
Other information
The programme will run for six months from September 2022, based at the Pianoro ( Bologna) HQ.
