TASK
🛠️ Establish and expand a market-appropriate standard pattern library for a defined product group, ensuring a consistent and customer-oriented fit
🛠️ Create, Develop and manage standard patterns, including grading in 2D
🛠️ Support product group specialists in updating and developing silhouettes and measurement concepts, including fitting the developed size sets
🛠️ Check the fit of the base size and size sets, either digitally in our 3D software or on physical samples.
🛠️ Implement new working methods based on your expertise, significantly contributing to fit consistency, product quality, and competency development

🕒 Orario: full-time 40h settimanali (lunedì-venerdì)
📅 Contratto: tempo determinato | CCNL Commercio
💰RAL: 25-35K
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
💼 Degree in clothing technology with a focus on pattern creation/CAD/product development or a comparable qualification as a pattern maker.
💼 At least 5 years of professional experience in all key processes of clothing and pattern development.
💼 Experience in creating first patterns, pattern development, and grading in CAD software (e. g. , Assyst).
💼 Previous focus on product groups like plus sizes, denim, trousers, jackets, blazers, outdoor wear, blouses, and dresses is not essential but would be a plus.
🌟 Fluency in English ( German is a plus)
🌟 Willingness to travel monthly to the Headquarters ( Hamburg)
🌟 Strong sense of fashion trends and their commercial implementation to create market-appropriate products.
🌟 Ability to execute products effectively and efficiently, while driving the further development of fits.
🌟 Enjoy working as part of a team, shaping changes, and sharing knowledge with all involved.
