About the jobs
Responsibilities
Concretely, you will:
• In charge of the administrative and organisational tasks of the office
• The point of contact of our providers
• Responsible for the office's logistics
• Organize internal events and help the marketing team with external events
• Ensure the daily life of the offices
• Help shape a happy, productive and creative work environment
• Welcome and guide the visitors, suppliers, candidates, employees. . .
MUST HAVE
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to learn & evolve quickly
• Autonomy
• Pro activity
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Fun and positive attitude ️
• Work permit in Italy
NICE TO HAVE
• Additional languages
