Multisite Operations Director - Metalworking, Novara

Job Description


The next Multisite Operations Director, reporting directly to the CEO and having around 10 functional reports for each location, will be responsible of the following tasks:


• Defining and implementing production budgets for the group's sites


• supervising the production activities across all industrial sites in the mechanical engineering sector to ensure efficiency and quality in accordance with planning and required quality standards


• controlling and supervising function results through data analysis and dedicated reporting to ensure KPI compliance.


• defining warehouse budgets and monitoring their adherence, as well as supervising the planning of all supply chain phases to ensure a high level of On- Time Delivery


• enhancing the technical and managerial skills of direct reports through a culture of measurement and improvement is also crucial


• Maintaining high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental performance is essential.
