We’re looking for a client strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and scale one of our client’s B2B marketing efforts. This role spans go-to-market strategy, content and campaign creation, and digital marketing—offering the opportunity to grow into a Head of Marketing role.
Key Responsibilities :
Go-to- Market &Growth
•
Launch new products and lead beta program promotions.
•
Align messaging across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Content &Campaigns
•
Own the content calendar: case studies, social posts, newsletters, webinars.
•
Drive campaigns targeting engineers, infrastructure operators, and consultants.
•
Lead messaging and outreach on Linked In and cold channels.
Digital Marketing &Analytics
•
Manage website, SEO/SEM, and paid ad strategies.
•
Automate lead generation and onboarding using modern tools.
•
Track and optimize campaign performance through analytics platforms.
Brand &Community
•
Build brand authority in structural health monitoring and digital infrastructure.
•
Engage with early adopters and organize webinars and virtual events.
Experience &Skills
•
4+ years in B2B marketing ( SaaS, engineering tech, or infrastructure preferred).
•
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
•
Experience with Hub Spot, Webflow/ Word Press, Google Analytics, Canva/ Figma, and Linked In Ads.
Mindset &Culture Fit

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach.
•
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
•
Fluent in English and Italian (other languages a plus).
•
