Kitchen Manager (Chef) For Pizzeria

Descrizione We are looking for a kitchen manager (chef) for the Valdo Gatti pizzeria, located in Lisbon The ideal person for the role has at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef or chef, and has good skills related to: - leadership and communication - technical knowledge related to cooking methods and preparation of dishes - plating skills Specifically, the selected person will be responsible for: - managing the kitchen and coordinating the brigade - planning menus - ensuring the maintenance of the established quality standard - managing orders and supplies - ensuring the correct cleaning of the work area and the kitchen in general Contratto Contract: fixed-term, aimed at permanent employment This is a full-time job for 6 days a week, organized in variable shifts.
