• Keeping a constant relationship with the Hiring Managers to understand their needs and even try to anticipate them
• Screening C Vs and active searching candidates on different platforms (i. e. Linked In), sometimes being creative in identifying new recruitment strategies
• Conducting HR interviews and, when needed, participating to the technical ones
• Providing specific feedbacks both to the Hiring Manager and to the candidates
• Promoting campaigns to attract and engage prospective candidates
• Support in KP Is monitoring
Experience And Requirements
• Maximum 2 years of experience in the role
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Familiar with different selection tools (behavioral interview, psychometric tests…)
• Basic knowledge of Office 365
• Basic knowdledge of SAP in as an advantage
Education
Master’s Degree in Psychology or Economics
