Responsibilities
La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing plan based on the marketing strategy and business KPI
• Ensure that campaigns are effectively executed in the different touch-points
• Work closely with both Communications and Trade Marketing Department to ensure a consumer- and customer -centric approach, balancing global brand consistency with local relevance
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget and track brand perfomance for ongoing course correction
• Analyse sales, consumer and brand data to identify and implement the right marketing actions in each Market
• Be accountable for the definition, execution and evaluation of marketing activities in Italy and in International Markets
• Brief, coordinate and manage external agencies for planning, approvals and reporting
• Identify and manage Special Marketing Projects and collaborations with Potential Partners
• Analyse the results of new launches and seasonal/special occasions campaigns to provide insights to other teams (R D, Communications, Trade Marketing) for future developments
• Work closely with the Sales team to identify and implement marketing actions to increase the product offer and visibility in the Key Clients
• Liase with different markets/channels to create consistency with the marketing strategy
• Identify specific brand/consumer analysis needs and brief the research agency
• Monitor competitors and global trends to recommend best and innovative strategies
Your Profile
Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
• 5/10 years experience in similar roles with a proven track record in executing marketing plans across multiple countries and channels
• Expertise in managing diverse skus/categories understanding the unique dynamics
• A natural data and insights handler that can marry perfomance data and brand insights to define the way forward
• Hands-on approach
• A good communicator, who can influence and work closely with interfunctional teams
• Creative thinking and ability to identify consumer trends
• Excell project management skills to effective coordinate Multi- Country campaigns collaborating with different internal teams and external agencies
• Goal-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced enviroment
• Fluent in English, an additional language considered an advantage
