Il Gruppo Itab Italy ricerca nella sede di Imola ( Bo) uno/a addetto/a customer service da inserire nell'area Back Office/ Customer Service con focus nell'attività di fatturazione.
Job profile
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell' Ufficio Customer Service e rispondendo alla Customer Manager seguirà principalmente le attività di fatturazione attiva Italia, UE ed EXTRA UE, preparazione documenti doganali e relativa gestione amministrativa delle spedizioni.
Inoltre, supporterà l'ufficio nelle attività di back office commerciale.
Chi stiamo cercando
Il/ La candidato/a ideale è in possesso di diploma ad indirizzo economico e/o ragioneria, ha una conoscenza almeno B1 della lingua inglese ed ha maturato esperienza nell'attività di fatturazione attiva in realtà di medie/grandi dimensioni.
Ricerchiamo persone con attitudine alla precisione, orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare all'interno di un team.
Costituiranno titoli preferenziali la conoscenza della lingua spagnola e del gestionale JD Edwards.
