Hey! Are you a people champion and a change manager?

We are looking for an HR Business Partner .


YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:


• Providing employees and managers with guidance and thought leadership on HR matters


• Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (CO Es) to implement employee Lifecycle processes and execute the People Strategy


• Partnering with the business to execute people focused strategies supporting business goals


• Working on impactful projects and act as an ambassador of our cultural change journey



WHO YOU ARE:


• You hold Bachelor’s degree


• You have previous experience in managing blue collar employees


• You have minimum of 2 years experience in the role


• You are a self-starter with a problem-solving attitude


• You can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


• You have solid communication skills and ability to build fruitful relationships with stakeholders
