In the role of Guest Relation Manager at Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, you will be a key leader in delivering personalized service. You will lead the Guest Relations team, ensuring all guests, especially VI Ps, feel recognized and exceptionally cared for throughout their stay. Primary Responsibilities Include



• Leading, training, and motivating the Guest Relation Agents.




• Overseeing all VIP arrival, in-house, and departure protocols.




• Managing the daily operations of the Guest Relations desk and hotel lobby presence.




• Analysing guest feedback and proactively addressing any service gaps.




• Resolving complex guest complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.




• Maintaining and updating guest profiles with preferences to ensure personalization.




• Liaising with all department heads to coordinate guest requests and ensure flawless service delivery.


Requirements

What You Bring:



• Proven experience in a Guest Relations management or supervisory role within a 5-star luxury hotel.




• Strong leadership and team development skills.




• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build instant rapport.




• A passion for service and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.




• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a strong advantage.




• Proficiency in hotel PMS and guest feedback systems.
