Description Key Responsibilities Manages all incoming client communication (pre and post sales) for our e- Commerce and Stores, through the different available channels Provides information on the brand’s history and recent updates, as well as on stores and products’ details and stock availabilities Assists clients in placing distant orders by phone Supports clients in case of complaints and returns (in cooperation with our Back Office team) Reaches team’s KP Is and targets in terms of performance quality and business results Efficiently interacts with internal and external stakeholders ( Clients, Stores, Back Office, Merchandising, Aftersales, Warehouse and Couriers) Proactively contacts clients in order to develop his/her personal client book Completes training respecting the deadlines defined by Training Manager and Team Manager Key Requirements Previous Client Service experience in Retail, Hospitality or e- Commerce Fluent in German and English.
