Your mission

 

As a Growth Specialist at kpk, you will support our mission to become the world’s biggest on-chain asset allocator. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and cross-functional teams to help expand our footprint across the Web3 ecosystem. This includes identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities, forging new relationships, and contributing to the team’s strategic initiatives. Your strong network and familiarity with key industry stakeholders will be critical to our success




Responsibilities






• Support the execution of growth initiatives aligned with the team' s OK Rs.


• Identify and cultivate relationships with DA Os, foundations, protocols, and ecosystem partners to generate new business opportunities.


• Oversee the entire deal process from finding new prospects through qualification, negotiation, closing, and smoothly integrating clients into our systems and team relationships.


• Contribute to partnership strategy and outreach, leveraging your existing network in the Web3 space.


• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant news to identify new growth opportunities.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align growth efforts with marketing, product, and governance priorities.


• Assist in preparing growth-related reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.


• Maintain an active presence in relevant events and online communities to represent kpk and nurture strategic relationships

Requirements:



• Proven experience in a growth, business development, or partnerships role in the Web3 industry.


• Strong network and reputation among key stakeholders in the ecosystem (DA Os, protocols, V Cs, infra providers, etc. ).


• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives forward.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Familiarity with De Fi, DAO governance, and on-chain asset management.


• A strong presence with a substantial following on X is a plus.


• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
