POSITION OVERVIEW


We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for typography and has the skills to create fonts for brands. As a Graphic Design Intern, your main main responsibility will be designing a unique font that embodies the essence of SICILIAMIA. This involves understanding and implementing typography principles, researching, and utilising software to create a custom font. You will collaborate with our graphic design department to ensure a seamless integration of the font across our brand identity.

This remote internship starts in May- June 2025 for 2 up to 4 months.

Requirements KNOWLEDGE &SKILLS:

Technical skills



• Experience with vector-based design software ( Adobe Illustrator or Glyphs).



• Understanding of font development processes.


Soft skills



• Ability to translate a brand identity into a font.



• Keen eye for detail.



• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



• Team spirit and strong communication skills.


Industry Knowledge



• Knowledge of print and digital font usage requirements.
