British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate Procurement in Rome

Your key responsibilities will include :


• Our Procurement Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in.


• Within 18-month program you will prepare for a managerial role under the supervision of dedicated Coach & Mentor to accelerate you career development.


• Joining BAT Indirect Procurement team will provide you with an excellent opportunity to bring your value into negotiations and strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and in our sustainable procurement strategy.


• You will have the opportunity to work on the world stage – International exposure and experience to apply your imagination to big, global projects, as we streamline supply chains, integrate and transform our processes for the Better.

What are we looking for?


• Have an university degree or equivalent ( Engineering, Economics, Commerce or similar) max 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences


• Have strong analytical skills advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack- especially Excel and Power Point knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage


• Possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background


• Are internationally mobile


• Have positive and constructive attitude


• Are driven and ambitious


• Are an inspiring and engaging individual, curious and have empathy


• Speak English fluently
