Freight Operations & RFQ Specialist

We are seeking an operational professional who can effectively manage both RFQ processes and daily logistics activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both strategic and operational aspects within the team.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate RF Qs for air/ocean freight shipments, ensuring competitive rates and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to secure the best rates and terms for air transportation. Provide professional and tailored responses to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs. Support the sales team in developing pricing strategies and creating customer rate templates. Deliver excellent customer service and act as the primary contact for client requests and issues. Work closely with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations throughout the process. Operational Tasks: Complete processing of shipments, from the pickup of goods to arrival at the destination; providing information and updates to clients regarding shipment operations; Booking of shipments; Organizing loading plans.



Key Requirements:

Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in international freight forwarding companies. Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
