Floor Manager - Moschino

The Aeffe Group, a multi-national company in the fashion and luxury sector, is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear, leather goods, lingerie and beachwear.
The Group develops, produces and distributes, with constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections through the proprietary brands, " Alberta Ferretti", " Moschino" and " Pollini". For our Moschino store in Rome, we are looking for a Floor Manager: the resource will take care of the retail operations, including people management and operational activities.
He/she will work as a “ Brand Ambassador”, able to represent the values and the image of our Brand.
He/she will inspire and motivate the Team to achieve sales targets, providing an excellent service to our customers and ensuring to clients an exclusive shopping experience. Key Accountabilities: Cooperate with different stakeholders ( Retail and Corporate Offices, external providers, etc…).
Collaborate with the Store Manager to prepare and update weekly/monthly reports.
Support in the management of administrative tasks and back office activities.
Plan, in cooperation with the Store Manager, Team rotation.
Stock supervisor and inventory management. Key Requirements: Luxury Retail experience (minimum 3/5 years) as Floor or Department Manager.
Flexible and assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player and good at motivating the Team. Commercial awareness, goal oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and a satisfying customer service.
Strong interest for the Fashion & Luxury world.
Fluent in Italian and English: the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus. Location: via del Babuino 16, Roma.
