Role Purpose
Drives product sales across two or more categories or lines through product knowledge and advanced customer service.

Responsibilities
1) Uses knowledge of product offering to advice customers and drive sales across two or more product categories or lines.
2) Develops client relationships through experience in order to increase sales and create positive client experiences.
3) Restocks and arranges products following sales.
4) Provides product and service information and advice and offers excellent customer service and models behaviour to new talent.
